A quality teacher should always be clear about their goal. In order to do so, they must recognize the needs and desires of their students having consequently a productive learning from both sides. The use of techniques, extra activities and assignments previously organized in a planning will generate a very functional understanding. In conclusion we have to identify the goals that move us, organize and evaluate how we are teaching and, encourage our students by using real experiences as main tools.
