  1. All the professionals usually say that we are committed to our work because we want to be the best and get the greatest result in what we do but in real practice we don’t accomplish it or at least not one hundred percent. Although there are many days and causes when our motivation and interest fades, we must remember the main reason why we decided to be part of this experience and focus back into it. You have to love what you do so that all obstacles will turn into opportunities.
Being a teacher is more than a profession. It is an opportunity to change the decisions the world forever, it is chance to create people who can see from a different view a situation that for many others may had no solution, is the possibility to educate thinking beings able to pass on this dedication and passion for what they do generating happiness and satisfaction of a fulfilled duty. However, everything is achieved when a teacher is truly committed to their work, when they put aside their interests and instead of complaining about the obligations, decide to use their time to learn and most of all enjoy it.
The world gives us plenty of tools and opportunities to use them when we want to truly teach. It's like athletes that videotape their competitions and then see where they failed or where they did right that led them to victory, likewise a teacher may use this tool to see what happens in the classroom from a different perspective. A good teacher has always present the opinion of the students about what they like to do and how they prefer to learn, often is them who unconsciously give us better ideas for a new topic or activity.
