This year has being characterized by having several changes both in the professional development of each of us, as in the way the preschool area is evolving. We have had several sessions in where the intellectual part strengthens and increases, that is to say that between projects, exams and team work we are step by step positioning ourselves as a true team of professionals in our field. Every day we make a feedback based not only on the pages of books but having true moments by interacting with our children, sharing experiences among ourselves as teachers, providing new ideas and trying to adapt those as best as possible to our job. But behind all this learning we find the reason that moves us to achieve all our goals, the love for what we do is our most powerful engine. Give our highest capacity and targeting happiness and independence of our children is reflected in every step we take. Decorate the classroom for a holyday to many people can be just a routine but therein lies the difference, do it like it's the biggest event of the century. Encourage our children to improve their writing by using all the teaching materials available to us, can change the live of many of them, spread the joy dancing an everyday song to make our children feel like real stars, watch every detail of the handcrafts that we make, but specially the fellowship based on respect, trust and communication can make a difference and change the word “job” by “fun”.
